The applicant agrees that all photographs taken while covering all activities involving any Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) events are exclusively for the editorial usage for the media outlets listed above. The applicant further agrees that all such photographs and/or images taken during all activities surrounding and involving any PHF event will not be re-sold or re-distributed for any other purpose, including commercial activities and usage, without the approval of the PHF.
